Terms of Service
1. Services
Divine Barber Studio provides professional barbering and grooming services by appointment in College Station, Texas.
2. Booking & Deposit
- A $10 deposit is required to hold your appointment (unless a different amount is shown for your selected service).
- A $10 deposit is required to confirm your booking. This is applied toward your total.
- Booking confirms your acceptance of these terms.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment or your deposit is forfeited.
- No-shows forfeit their deposit and may be blocked from future bookings.
4. Late Arrivals
- Please arrive on time. 15 minutes late = appointment cancelled, deposit forfeited.
5. Payment
- The deposit is collected securely online via Stripe (card).
- We accept cash, Zelle, and card (via Stripe). Remaining balance is due at the chair.
- No refunds after the service has been completed.
6. Preparation
- Arrive on time with clean, dry hair unless your service notes otherwise.
- Kids under 5 are accepted at the barber's discretion. Parents must accompany children.
7. Pricing
- Listed prices reflect standard service levels shown at booking.
- Additional complexity or add-ons may affect the final price.
- Final price is confirmed before your service begins.
8. Liability
Divine Barber Studio is not liable for allergic reactions or sensitivities to products when those products have been disclosed and you have chosen to proceed. Please voice any concerns before you leave the premises.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website or booking system after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
